Jatin Kumar has always been passionate about working in the fields of education, society, environment, and development. This commitment led to the founding of R.V. Institute of Technology (RVIT) in Bijnor, U.P. in 2009, where he served as one of the founding members and as Managing Director. His entrepreneurial journey continued with the establishment of the Pi-lo Shudh Pani Seva Foundation, an organization focused on water recycling. Under his leadership as the Founder and Managing Director, Pi-lo has successfully installed Smart Water ATMs in key locations across India like Metro Stations, Places of Worship, Historical Monuments, World Heritage Sites, etc. providing free, clean drinking water to the public. The foundation has also pioneered innovative sewage treatment solutions for the Indian Railways, Ports, and the Indian Army, aiming not just to treat wastewater but to make it suitable for reuse, contributing significantly to water conservation efforts and environmental sustainability.
In 2016, Jatin Kumar further expanded his entrepreneurial ventures by founding Holistic Technoengineers, where he serves as Managing Director. The company specializes in large-scale infrastructure projects, working with the Indian Railways, Metro Rail authorities, and highway agencies. Holistic Technoengineers is known for executing modern, state-of-the-art, and sustainable development projects that are aligned with the highest standards of innovation and environmental responsibility.

Mr. Aditya Chaudhary

MBA

Aditya Chaudhary holds a Post Graduate degree in Management, specializing in Finance and Human Resources. He began his professional career as a banker with Axis Bank, but later transitioned into an independent consultant in civil and electrical projects, delivering impactful, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions for R.V. Institute of Technology (RVIT) in Bijnor, U.P.
Aditya is also a Co-Founder and Director at Holistic Technoengineers, where he plays a key role in overseeing Finance, Project Management, and overall Business Administration. His expertise and leadership are instrumental in driving the company’s strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.
